Blue Sky Agency and Atlanta Braves Celebrate Team and Traditions in New Ad Campaign

As Major League Baseball celebrates the opening of a new season, the Atlanta Braves and their advertising agency of over ten years, Atlanta-based Blue Sky Agency have launched a new ad campaign celebrating the team and the traditions that have been enjoyed by players and fans alike as the Braves play their last season at Turner Field. The team is moving to a new stadium in 2017.

The campaign uses a unique combination of baseball and opera storytelling, with radio and television ads featuring opera singer Timothy Miller, who performs God Bless America at Braves home games. They also include a number of players as well as memorable experiential elements that have been enjoyed by Braves fans throughout the years at the current stadium.

An outdoor component making innovative use of fatheads of Braves players will add to the celebration, taking it out into the city on billboards. Fans will be encouraged to “find” their favorite player throughout the season – both on and off the field.
