Blue Sky Agency Expands with Three New Senior Hires
Director of Client Services, Creative Director, and Director of Social Media Join Amid Growing Momentum for Atlanta-based Agency

Blue Sky Agency, an integrated advertising agency based in Atlanta, today announced the appointment of three new senior hires: Allie Clark to the newly created position SVP, Director of Client Services; Marco Worsham to Creative Director; and Alex Payne to Director of Social Media. Their hires come at a time of growth and momentum for Blue Sky, which for 24 years has been the go-to agency for fast-growing brands in the Southeast, and for the city of Atlanta, which continues to attract world-class brands, businesses and creative talent amid a recent boom.
Clark, a 20-year veteran of the ad agency world, will oversee client relationships, the agency’s evolving service offerings and business development opportunities. Worsham, who has held creative posts at a number of the country’s most respected agencies, will bring his creative and technology chops to Blue Sky’s creative team. Payne will lead social media strategy, paid social media activations and influencer marketing for Blue Sky’s clients and brand.

As Clark joins Blue Sky, she brings experience in categories including CPG, automotive, QSR, technology and retail. Her background began in traditional media/creative shops and grew to include digital, social, agile development and CRM at agencies including Martin Agency, Arnold, 22squared and Huge. Most recently, Allie managed the DIRECTV and Internet business for AT&T at BBDO.
Worsham, who returns to Atlanta where he trained at the portfolio school Creative Circus, has led creative campaigns for clients including McDonald’s, Adidas, Mike's Hard Lemonade and Walmart, with agencies including Arnold, TBWA, Modernista! and Martin Agency.
Payne comes to Blue Sky from Sunshine Sachs in New York, where he helped launch the firm’s social media practice. Throughout his 10 years in the industry, he has led integrated campaigns for clients including McDonald’s, Tic Tac USA, P&G, Jimmy Dean, Nikon and Facebook. Payne has also held posts at MSLGROUP and MWWPR.
