Primrose Schools needed a digital partner they could rely on to translate the brand voice and advertising campaign to the classroom. With so many locations run by so many different people, they needed a partner that could create messaging consistency and meet the needs of both administrators and parents.
As the email and digital content partner for Primrose Schools, our role was to provide ongoing communications to parents and provide marketing assets that the schools and corporate office can leverage. The communications serve multiple purposes: communicating operational information, dressing the rooms with colorful, educational content and empowering parents to get the most out of early childhood education. The different audiences made it challenging to find the right tone of voice and visual design system. Because Primrose nurtures curiosity, confidence, creativity and passion in their students we echoed that in all of our work. We designed monthly Pointers for Parents content that provided empowering parenting advice and great family activities. We created classroom educational materials out of age-appropriate crafts. And we brought the brand voice to life in their email marketing program for both prospects and parents.
